If you’re familiar with the Toronto indie music scene, you must be familiar with Dwayne Gretzky. This shapeshifting cover band – that is way more than just a cover band – is well known for their energizing shows full of classic rock hits from the 70s to the 90s. It was perhaps time that sound permeated the careers of the members of this collective.
Nick Rose, lead singer and founding member of Dwayne Gretzky, has taken a step away from the covers for a minute with Teen Ravine, a side project that features strong elements of the 80s soft rock: From the sax solo to the Peter Gabriel-esque vocal riffs.
Joining Rose is Dan Griffin, former Arkells keyboardist-guitarist. Griffin left the Hamilton band in 2011, shortly after the release of the band’s sophomore album, Michigan Left. Griffin also has a solo career, and his latest EP came out in August 2013.
Teen Ravine’s first single is called “Friend of a Friend”. The song, which is available for stream on Spotify and purchase on iTunes, will also be part of the band’s EP with a yet-unannounced release date.

Garf, I just figured out some CSS to fix the video widths. But again, I can’t log in to admin to try it. The comment form knows I’m logged in to WP.com, but the site doesn’t know. Or the URL changed for the admin area.

OK i see, so the Url from the browser address, i noticed that if you use the embed code, it works fine, so this is a wordpress issue then, they take that url and set the width / height

Garf, try adding this line to the custom CSS in theme options:
.comment-text iframe { max-width: 729px; }
@Wes I don’t think the CSS will work in this instance, because the width is set inline on the container (iframe), this is something in wordpress or a plugin that is setting the width.
