The playlist this week is about Regina Folk Festival 2022. It starts today, August 5, and ends Sunday, August 7. It was three years ago that we celebrated the 50th Anniversary of the festival. This year is the 51st reimagining and I am looking forward to it being back. The weather should be pleasant and the music fantastic and it shall be glorious.

There have been a couple changes to the line-up. Buffy Sainte-Marie cancelled her summer show due to Covid and yesterday we got word that Dominique Fils-Aimé has had to cancel due to health issues. I am sad they won’t be here this year and wish them both well. Megan Nash is filling in for Dominique Fils-Aimé and will be a great addition to the line up.
