The OurBasement playlist this week is the Release Radar for November 2022 and is full of all the new music Canadian artists created in the last month or so. There is a Spotify Release Radar playlist, and the playlist on YouTube.

The Spotify Release Radar playlist has over 300 songs on it this month but the converter can only handle 250, so the YouTube playlist doesn’t have all of the tracks that are on the Spotify playlist. Another note about the YouTube playlist, that convertor does not always get the right songs on there but most are correct. The tracks on the playlists are all new releases with some being teasers for upcoming albums, some from just released albums or EPs, and some are stand alone singles. There are even a couple of releases for Xmas starting it off this month. The tracks were discovered through Spotify, Earshot, Exclaim and other sources. The top half are tracks from artists I was aware of and some that caught my ear with the rest following. Besides that, they are in no particular order. There may be some gems in that bottom half that I just didn’t get to yet so I encourage you to check them out.
