The playlist this week was brought together with Morgana’s help. It has many artists from her home Kootenay area. It is a “dazzling celebration of: diversity, creativity, and community musicians” as it says on on the Kootenay Music Awards website. You can find out about some of the artists on there. I hung out in Morgana’s lovely yard in Nelson while we worked on it together. We are off to Kaslo Jazz Etc Festival together and it was great to collaborate with her on this. Thanks for your help Morgana!

The first one below by Holly Hyatt shows some lovely scenes of what you can find in the area. It’s a very beautiful part of Canada and I am very happy to be here to see it. Have fun listening and discovering what music the area has to offer.
I will have to give these tunes a listen, but this morning, it’s off to the family cottage! (Ottawa’s really quiet today, for we’re facing a three-day weekend; which, for some, is a four-day weekend.
