This week’s playlist is the start of our cross country journey we will be going on this year. We will hear the Beats of British Columbia this time. Back in the early days of OurBasement, we took this journey before and I thought it was time to revisit it. On July 8 of 2016 it began with Beautiful British Columbia and that is where our journey begins again. I updated that playlist and then went to Music BC and found some more artists, concentrating on the ones that have released music in the last 5 years.

There is definitely no shortage of artists in BC! It is a province rich with talent. The first part of the playlist is newer tracks from artists on that original playlist, followed by some artists that I knew of, and then artists I wasn’t so familiar with. There is both a Spotify version and a YouTube version.
