Our playlist this week is all about Winter, Canadian Indie style. It is not officially winter yet, but it is December and it is cold. As Canadians, many of us have learned to embrace the season and find the beauty in it. It can be very brutal but also so beautiful with sparkling snowflakes, frosted branches, and the squeaky/crunchy sound of walking through snow. Cozying up by a warm fire and drinking hot cocoa is a great winter activity when you come in from playing in the snow. Add some music and it’s even better!

The winter playlist below is another of those large compilation playlists that began years ago and keeps growing. It is now over 150 songs and well over 10 hours long. That should help pass the time in a snow storm or blizzard. I have added a bunch more to the playlist again this year so get cozy and take a listen to them all. I will add a shorter playlist as well in case you want just a couple hours of winter tunes.

Enjoy the season and the seasonal tunes!
