Edmonton-based roots-rock artist VISSIA has a new video for the bluesy track “Mountaineer” from her hotly anticipated full-length album Place Holder, out Nov. 10 on her own label, Hurry Hard Records. The video, produced and directed by Emily Bachynski and Alex Vissia, channels the song’s haunting power into images of a young woman being chased by unseen demons.
This new track from Toronto’s Skye Wallace is a rock song telling a love story set in the Yukon. It serves as a high-energy, guitar-laden taste of what’s to come on her next full length which is set for release in late 2018. The song was produced by Sam Cash and the video was directed by Nathanael Vass.
