Hi Our Basement,
In my opinion, songs are the 2am version of how you’re feeling.
Full Time was born in the midst of a lot of life changes; I had just moved, my relationship was coming to an end and I was mourning the loss of the way things had been. We worked really hard to get the mood right for this EP and I’m really happy with how it turned out.
This EP is the first time I have ever completely self-produced my music. It was extremely satisfying to guide the direction of these tracks on my own.
The songs were mixed with Oz Fritz at Ancient Wave Studios, in Northern Carolina. The studio is located on a farm just outside of Nevada City. It was an inspiring place to exist for a while and focus on creating.
I’ll be doing a run of dates out west in April and playing a few festivals this summer.

This morning, no “moderation” warning; however, my posting disappeared from typing box after “posting”, yet did not appear as posted in fact. That said, refreshing showed the comment had indeed posted.
Finally, name and email needed to be typed back in for this post; but they had held in memory: first letter prompted each back.

I am going to procrastinate with a cup of tea, some brazil nut biscuits and watch some baseball (rockies v rays)
I am paying bills and crap before I start house cleaning … woot! NOT. Spring Break is over so back to it.
I did enjoy Field Guide; a cross between Bahamas and Donovan Woods on first listen.
I did not listen to Fridays Spring Playlist yet so that will probably keep me company while I pick at my fun to-do’s.
Anyone have any favourites from that playlist that I need to make sure to pay attention to?
I just finished looking for my blue tooth earbuds but I was going to start on tomorrows post when someone scored, but since it is scoreless in the middle of the fifth I should probably get started
